Kate laughs off feud with Jade
When she found out Kate Moss was secretly seeing her boyfriend, Jade Jagger refused to speak to her former best friend.
She even designed a necklace which spelt out the word 'slag' and sent it to the model.
Nearly four years on, however, relations between the two women appear to have thawed.
Miss Moss, wearing just bikini bottoms, and Miss Jagger laughed and joked after bumping into each other on the Spanish island, and even plan to throw a party together this weekend.
A friend of Miss Moss said: 'No one expected them to make up.
'Only last week some of Kate's friends were talking about the prospect of her bumping into Jade on the island and how awkward-it might be. But one thing Kate and Jade have never been is predictable and it looks like once again they have done something which is totally unexpected.'
Their feud began in 2000 when 32-year-old Miss Jagger discovered Miss Moss was having a fling with her then-boyfriend, Dan Macmillan, great-grandson of the former Tory Prime Minister.
Miss Jagger, daughter of Rolling Stone Sir Mick, immediately ended her relationship with Macmillan and cut 30-year-old Miss Moss out of her life.
The model's friend said: 'Kate and Jade have avoided each other since the argument began.
'But Ibiza is quite a small place and the inevitable happened. They started talking and decided they were old enough and wise enough to put everything behind them.
'They remembered how well they had got along and realised how stupid they had been.'
