Celebrity tributes have poured in for Peaches Geldof.

The 25-year-old mother of two, whose friends include Kelly Osbourne, has been found dead at her Kent home.

Lily Allen expressed her condolences on Twitter, writing: "My thoughts are with the Geldof's at this awful time. I hope they get to grieve in peace. Peaches, rest in peace gorgeous girl."

Danny Jones from McFly tweeted: "So so sad to hear about Peaches Geldof. #RIPPeachesGeldof"

His bandmate Tom Fletcher tweeted: "Just heard about Peaches Geldof. So, so awful. Really sad. Thoughts going out to her family."

TV personality Myleene Klass wrote: "The news of beautiful Peaches is utterly devastating, God bless her babies. RIP mama xxx"

Topshop heiress and designer Chloe Green tweeted: "Such sad news, my heart breaks for her beautiful children RIP Peaches, a wonderful soul, Let us all allow her family to grieve in peace"

Ellie Goulding wrote: "Even if you think you've got it all figured out, some things still can't be explained or understood. Two beautiful children. RIP Peaches"

British singer Sam Smith tweeted: "So so sad about Peaches Geldof. Thoughts with all of her family"

Model Daisy Lowe, who is close friends with Peaches' sister Pixie Geldof, simply shared a picture of a broken heart.

Strictly Come Dancing's Kristina Rihanoff said: "Terribly sad to hear of peaches geldof... so very young just 25 and a mother for two my heart goes out to her family."

Lizzie Cundy added: "So stunned and shocked at the news of Peaches Geldof .She leaves behind 2 young children . What a tragedy .. Rest in peace dear Peaches."

And reality star Lauren Goodger was one of the first to react, tweeting: "OMG RIP Peaches Geldof .. I'm in shock..my thoughts and love goes out to her family."

Her father Bob Geldof issued a statement saying: "Peaches has died. We are beyond pain.

"She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us. Writing 'was' destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable?

"We loved her and will cherish her forever. How sad that sentence is. Tom and her sons Astala and Phaedra will always belong in our family, fractured so often, but never broken. Bob, Jeanne, Fifi, Pixie and Tiger Geldof."
