Lady Gaga made her Paris Fashion Week debut yesterday by modelling for Thierry Mugler's latest collection.

Dressed in typically outrageous Gaga style, the Born This Way singer wore extended fake nails and dangerously high heeled shoes.

Gaga tweeted before the show "I'm making my debut as a runway model, walking in the MUGLER PARIS FASHIONSHOW 3/2. I directed the show music, previewing Government Hooker."

Her new track, Government Hooker, appeared to get a good reaction from the crowd despite Gaga apparently being nervous about playing it.

Gaga's stylist Nicola Formichetti is now the creative director for Thierry Mugler, who Gaga was modelling for.

At the end of the show Formichetti joined Gaga on the catwalk for a celebratory kiss and cuddle.
