Lindsay Lohan was shaking up her image at Millions of Milkshakes in West Hollywood.

The actress stopped by the sweet tooth hotspot with little sister Ali who wasn't looking on top form.

Both the sisters were willing to get their hands dirty and it was all for a good cause.

The milkshakes were auctioned and proceeds went to the Save the Children fund.
