The star fought off tough competition from X Factor judge Dannii Minogue and Angelina Jolie who came second and third to be named most glamourous.
When you wear a ruffled black mini dress, dark shades and new heels for an average lunch, it is easy to see why Victoria was the chosen one.
The ex Spice girl takes fashion seriously and it shows in her everyday life. Whether she is landing at Heathrow or arriving at LAX the singer knows how to make an entrance.
