Tony Cottee spent some of Barnet's hard-earned money for the first time this week when the Third Division club's player-manager signed Hayes' wing-back Lee Flynn for £13,500. That might not mean much to the Premiership toffs, but down at Underhill, it's reasonable cash for which the club will want to see a return. Cottee has asked supporters to give him more time to turn the season around. He believes one good win will lift confidence and get them back on track.
