Collazo returns to Kingsholm

14 April 2012

Gloucester have completed the signing of France international prop Patrice Collazo from Heineken Cup finalists Toulouse.

Collazo, who has agreed a three-year contract, will rejoin Gloucester after spending the 2001/02 season with them.

The 30-year-old becomes Gloucester's second major recruit for next term, following the signing of England World Cup centre Mike Tindall from Bath to Kingsholm.

"Patrice is a top-quality prop, and loosehead is one of the positions we had identified as a target for next season," said Gloucester rugby director Nigel Melville.

"He knows people here, and we are well aware of his strengths. I know that he will add something special to our front-row for next season."
