Downes: hard work is the key

Wally Downes believes hard work is the only answer to his side's current problems.
Brentford are one place off the bottom of the Second Division following their 3-1 home defeat by Plymouth and the manager said: "It's about hard work and getting back out on training pitch. We've got a clear week. We start today.
"There's no other remedy out there. You've got to work on the things you don't do right."
Defender Leo Roget added to Brentford's problems with an injury-time red card for a crude challenge on David Norris.
