Welcome to our live webchat as the Evening Standard's chief football correspondent James Olley answers your questions ahead of Arsenal vs Chelsea.

The Gunners head into the clash with an unfamiliar advantage over their London rivals. Top of the Premier League, Arsene Wenger's side now boast greater financial clout than the Blues following the results of Deloitte's Football Money League which were published on Tuesday.

The report showed that Arsenal are stealing a march financially on Chelsea owing to larger matchday profits, but it is their performances on the field which are creating a buzz around Emirates Stadium.

Ahead of Leicester on goal difference at the top of the tree, Wenger's side are primed to challenge for league honours and, if successful, will end a 12-year wait for the Premier League trophy.

They comfortably progressed against Sunderland in the FA Cup earlier this month to continue their pursuit of a third straight trophy, while survivng a Champions League scare to reach the Champions League last 16.

The outlook is bleaker for Chelsea, however, who are 19 points off the title pace in 14th having binned former boss Jose Mourinho earlier this season. Interim boss Guus Hiddink insists the Blues still have a chance of reaching the top four, but surely defeat at Emirates Stadium will run a sword through that dream.
