Chelsea star Eden Hazard has revealed he could choose to settle permanently in London after retiring from the game because his children are "very settled" in the city.
Hazard moved to London in 2012 after agreeing to join Chelsea from French side Lille, and he has gone on to win the Premier League, the League Cup and the Europa League titles at Stamford Bridge.
To add to the collective trophies that he has won at Chelsea, the Belgium international was named the PFA Player of the Year in 2015 - and has this season re-discovered such form to help fire Chelsea to the top of the Premier League table.
Still only 26, retirement is a long way off for Hazard but, in a special feature called 'Near and Far' on Chelsea's website, he admitted he could opt to continue living in London because his three sons with his wife Natasha are very happy in the capital.
"I don’t know, it’s hard to say. Maybe I will live in Belgium, to be close to the family, or else I could go somewhere with nice weather," Hazard said when asked where he plans on residing after retirement.
"My kids are very settled in London so it could be here, that’s a long way off yet so we will see."
The winger, who has scored 11 league goals this season, also revealed that he wants to learn Chinese or Japanese in the future because of how different they are to the two languages he already speaks.
"I speak French and English," he said.
"I’d like to learn the Chinese or Japanese languages because they’re completely different to anything else. It would be good to understand them."
