Crystal Palace have made one change for Sunday's trip to Watford.

Roy Hodgson's only change is enforced after Aaron Wan-Bissaka was sent off in Palace's 2-0 defeat to Liverpool at Selhurst Park on Monday, with Joel Ward coming in.

Ward, who has made 161 Premier League appearances for Palace, has lost his place in the first XI to emerging talent Wan-Bissaka in recent weeks. The full-back came on for Andros Townsend in the defeat to Liverpool in what was his first appearance from the bench since Palace's return to the top flight in 2013.

It means Christian Benteke keeps his place in the Palace side despite another disappointing showing in front of goal against Liverpool, while Wilfried Zaha accompanies the Belgium international in attack.

Townsend, Luka Milivojevic, James McArthur and Jeffrey Schlupp make up the midfield for the third successive game, with Patrick van Aanholt, James Tomkins and Mamadou Sakho again in defence.

Wayne Hennessey keeps his place between the sticks.
