Eden Hazard: I rely on instinct when I play

Eden Hazard has opened up about what goes through his mind when he plays for Chelsea, revealing he relies heavily on his instincts to bamboozle defenders.

Despite a quiet showing in Chelsea's 1-1 draw against Liverpool at Anfield on Tuesday night, Hazard is enjoying a fine season for Antonio Conte's league leaders - with the Belgian having scored nine Premier League goals and created three assists for the Blues so far this term.

Hazard is set to start when Chelsea host their London rivals Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon and, ahead of the Premier League clash, the winger gave Gunners legend Thierry Henry an insight into his game.

During the interview for Sky Sports, Hazard said: "It's more easy for me to play with my right foot. It's simple.

"When I go there [to the right], I see Diego [Costa] and I have different solutions. I can go alone or pass or play a one-two.

"And, to be fair, if I go this way [to the left] my left foot is not that good.

"To bring two players and to create movement for the other one, if the right winger comes and the right-back come, they come together against me and maybe [Marcos] Alonso or [Nemanja] Matic can be alone and I just pass, they are free.

"It's instinct. I don't think too much. It's instinct."
