Eden Hazard has hailed his on-pitch relationship with Chelsea winger Willian after the pair combined for two goals in the club's 4-0 win over Qarabag on Wednesday night.

Chelsea coach Antonio Conte opted to change the 3-5-2 formation that he had used in Chelsea's last two games in favour of a 3-4-3 set-up for the trip to Baku, with Hazard being played in the false No.9 role as Willian started on the wing.

The move to have Willian - whose last start for Chelsea came in the Carabao Cup win over Everton in late October - paid off, with the Brazilian winning a 21st-minute penalty that Hazard converted before he latched onto the Belgian's back-heel to score a goal of his own in the 36th minute.

Willian then won another spot-kick in the second half and scored his second goal of the night with five minutes left to play as the Blues secured a 4-0 win over Qarabag in the Group C clash in Baku.

Hazard was asked about Chelsea's second goal, in which he combined with Willian, after the game and admitted it is "easy" to play with his Chelsea teammate because of his obvious quality.

Speaking to BT Sport, Hazard said of Willian: "[It's] Too much quality! It’s easy to play with this kind of player.

"I think Pedro gave the ball to Willian, he gave the ball to me...it’s easy to find each other."
