The summer transfer window may be months away, but the gossip mill has already begun - with Chelsea and Arsenal featuring in today's top stories.

The Gunners have found themselves linked to several players in recent weeks, and Borussia Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhitaryan is being reported today to be moving a step closer to a transfer to Arsenal after reportedly beginning house hunting in the capital.

Elsewhere, the future of Chelsea's first-choice goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has been talked about this week after the Belgian admitted he doesn't know if he will be at Stamford Bridge next season.

And the Blues have now been linked with Southampton shot-stopper Fraser Forster in a £20million deal while another of the club's targets, Edinson Cavani, has revealed he intends on talking to Paris Saint-Germain chiefs about his future as he once again had to make do with the substitutes' bench on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Everton pair Ross Barkley and Romelu Lukaku are reported to be targets for Manchester United as Luis Suarez has seen himself linked with a return to the Premier League.
