West Ham fans were treated to the debut of new signing Javier Hernandez in Tuesday night's 3-3 friendly against Altona 93.
The striker completed his £16million move from Bayer Leverkusen eight days ago and flew out to Germany on Thursday to join his new team-mates on their pre-season tour.
Fellow new arrivals Joe Hart and Marko Arnautovic have already made their bows, the latter scoring in a 2-2 draw with Werder Bremen on Saturday.
Hernandez has been working on his fitness over the weekend having missed preparation time with Leverkusen due to his Confederations Cup commitments with Mexico.
And Slaven Bilic handed 'Chicharito' his first run out as a Hammer on Tuesday, with their opening game of the Premier League season - against Manchester United - just 12 days away.
Altona 93, a fifth-tier German outfit, welcomed West Ham to their 8,000-seater stadium on Tuesday evening, with the sides playing out an entertaining six-goal draw.
Winston Reid was sent off for two first-half booking as the Hammers trailed 2-1 going into the interval. Hernandez was brought off the bench 70 minutes in with his side 3-2 down, and Bilic's side rescued a draw courtesy of an Altona own goal.
Hernandez was denied a potential match-winning goal eight minutes from time after going through and rounding the goalkeeper, but an Altona defender cleared to save a certain goal.
The striker also showed sharp passing as he played in Edimilson Fernandes, but the midfielder dragged his shot wide.
West Ham now travel to Iceland's Laugardalsvollur national stadium to face Manchester City on Friday.
