Uruguay captain, and West Brom defender, Diego Lugano has hit out at FIFA following the issued to Liverpool striker Luis Suarez.

Suarez was charged by FIFA on Thursday afternoon for biting Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini, and has been banned for nine international matches, on top of a four months from all aspects of football.

The ban will not only rule Suarez out of the rest of the World Cup, but for four of Liverpool's Champions League games, in addition to matches again Tottenham and rivals Merseyside rivals Everton.

He tweeted: "Indignation, impotence, I think that is what we all feel. We would all like a more just world, but this world simply does not exist.

"Those who decide will decide, while those that are strong will be strong. They don't judge us all by the same rules.
