Premier League action returned following the international break, and that means one thing, Match of the Day is back!

Man City had the chance to move top of the table in the early kick-off against Fulham, before a series of 3pm kick-offs that could spell the end to Huddersfield stay in the top flight.

The Terriers would be relegated with a defeat at Crystal Palace, providing Southampton (vs Brighton) and Burnley (vs Wolves) both won their respective matches.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer oversaw his first match at the permanent manager on Man Utd as Watford visited Old Trafford, while the late kick-off saw West Ham host Everton at the London Stadium.
