If you are an Arsenal fan, chances are that there are a fair few Thierry Henry highlights that stick in the memory.

Reminiscing about the days of Thierry may turn fans a tad melancholic, given the dizzying heights the French legend took the club to.

But with no football on due to the coronavirus lockdown, today's date - April 9th - gives us a chance to look back at one of Henry's most scintillating performances in a Gunners shirt.

We take you back to 2004, where Arsenal's 30-match unbeaten League run looked an danger of ending as Liverpool led 2-1 at half-time at Highbury.

Henry had equalised following an opener by Sami Hyppia, though Michael Owen restored Liverpool's lead heading into the break.

But every Arsenal fan knows that when you have Thierry Henry, you have a chance.

After Robert Pires equalised, Henry took matters into his own hands, dancing past two Liverpool defenders before capping off the solo effort with a fine low finish, completing his hat-trick a few minutes later to seal a 4-2 victory,

Arsenal moved seven points clear at the top of the table and remained undefeated over the rest of the season to win the title as 'Invincibles', while Henry took home the Golden Boot award after scoring 30 goals.
