Heung-min Son has become the first person this season to be named Premier League Player of the Month twice this season after claiming the April prize.

The Tottenham forward scored five times during the month, including a brace against Watford in a 4-0 win, as Mauricio Pochettino’s side went on a six game winning run.

“It's an unbelievable feeling - I'm very thankful for the fans who voted for me,” he said.

“This is not my finish line. I want to keep working hard and win it a third time. I'm still hungry.”

Tottenham Greatest Moments

Son’s second triumph means Spurs players have won the prize in four of the season’s nine months, with Dele Alli and Harry Kane having claimed itin January and February.

Pochettino also claimed the Manager of the Month prize, the first time this season the Argentine has won that award.

Son beat team-mates Christian Eriksen and Jan Vertonghen, Manchester United defender Eric Bailly, Chelsea’s Eden Hazard, Manchester City forward Sergio Aguero and Crystal Palace target man Christian Benteke.
