Sources in France indicate that Tottenham are showing interest in two Lyon players - forward Alexandre Lacazette and defender Samuel Umtiti.

Spurs signed both Hugo Lloris and Clinton Njie from Lyon in the past and played against Lacazette and Umtiti in a Europa League last-32 tie three years ago.

Lacazette has previously been linked with Arsenal, while the 24-year-old was also among the forward under consideration by Jose Mourinho before his sacking from Chelsea last December.

Mauricio Pochettino is already keen on bringing Michy Batshuayi to White Hart Lane from Ligue 1 as he looks to bolster his attacking options.

West Ham and Juventus have also shown interest in the 22-year-old, who has scored 23 goals for Marseille so far this season.

The French outfit are believed to want £25million for the striker.
