Standout man: Yannick Bolasie
GETTY

Standard Sport assesses the individual performances from Tottenham's 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace at White Hart Lane.

Yannick Bolasie had the better of Eric Dier down Tottenham's right side, snatching possession from Erik Lamela before dancing inside and firing a shot over as Palace grew into the game

It took 18 minutes of the second half for the first chance of note, when Eriksen played through Soldado, only for the striker to fire wide.

A Kane effort flew over as the game became more stretched, with a fizzing, if wayward, Bolasie strike followed by Puncheon seeing a drive blocked.

Jason Puncheon - who was guilty of a glaring penalty miss at the same stadium last season - was introduced as the clock ticked down and almost forced victory for Neil Warnock's side.

His effort cannoned back off the bar before Bolasie's stunning strike was kept out by Hugo Lloris and Joe Ledley capped a hat-trock of late misses for Palace.
