West Ham have had a bid of £3million for winger Robert Snodgrass rejected by Hull.

The Scottish international, whose contract at the KCOM Stadium was extended by Hull when they triggered a one-year extension last month, has reportedly turned down a longer-term contract with the Tigers fighting for their Premier League survival.

Standard Sport reported today that West Ham value Snodgrass at around £20m and Slaven Bilic’s side would likely not be dissuaded by the initial setback.

Snodgrass, a crucial asset in Hull’s battle against relegation and their top scorer with seven Premier League goals, may prove tough to prise away in the midst of a battle for survival.

However a deal for Scott Hogan could be sealed next week after West Ham submitted a £10m bid for the Brentford striker.
