Fulham in £20m loss

Fulham have recorded pre-tax losses of £20.8million for the year ending June 2003.

Although an improvement on the previous year's losses of £33.6m, chairman Mohamed Fayed has made it clear that such results are unsustainable.

Fayed said: "Despite these significant improvements it is clear these losses cannot be sustained.

"However the club is addressing these issues."
