Greenwood out to be centre of attention

Chris Jones13 April 2012

The debate over who should form the England midfield against Ireland on Saturday week could be settled tomorrow when Harlequins and Bath meet in a Zurich Premiership bottom-of-the-table battle at the Recreation Ground.

Quins will recall England centre Will Greenwood, man-of-the-match against Scotland last weekend, to face Mike Tindall, who partnered him in the midfield at Murrayfield.

But Mike Catt, who lost his England place to Tindall, is at outside-half for Bath and will be aiming to prove that his tactical kicking and vast experience are vital for the Irish game.

Quins, who are second from bottom - one place above Bath - will give Luke Sheriff his debut on the openside flank as Tu Tamarua is rested due to the league's restriction on foreign players.

The club already have Garrick Morgan and Ace Tiatia in the squad and Fijian international full-back Norman Ligairi will team up with them on Tuesday.

Saracens' home game with leaders Leicester has been switched to 6.30pm tomorrow to suit live television. England flanker Richard Hill will make his 200th appearance for the club.

Captain Abdel Benazzi is back after recovering from a knee operation, but Kyran Bracken will start on the replacements' bench after hurting his leg against Scotland.

London Wasps recall England hooker Phil Greening and prop Darren Molloy for their home game against Bristol on Sunday.

London Irish have new signing Paul Gustard available for their visit to Gloucester.
