Hartson returns to Baggies ready to make a fight of it

John Hartson will report back to West Bromwich Albion today after shelving plans to retire. The former Wales striker, 32, had threatened to quit if he failed to make a success of his loan move to Norwich City.

Norwich scrapped the loan last week but, after talks with Albion boss Tony Mowbray, Hartson is to resume training with the club.
