How Davis needed his Fulham exit

Steven Davis has rediscovered his best form after moving from Fulham to Rangers, says Northern Ireland manager Nigel Worthington.

The former Aston Villa midfielder is set to seal a permanent move to Ibrox following a successful loan last season.

Worthington has been impressed by Davis, who is set to face Scotland at Hampden Park tonight.

He said: "Steven seemed to be low in confidence, lacking in energy. At Rangers he found his confidence and his energy again. You can see he is enjoying his football."
