Lewington draws on positives

Ray Lewington insisted today he is not getting too frustrated by Watford's run of seven draws in their last eight league games.

The Hornets drew 0-0 against bottom club Rotherham on Saturday but manager Lewington preferred to look at the positives.

He said: "The players now don't expect to lose. They approach every game expecting to get something from it and that will stand us in good stead as we tackle Leeds and West Ham away this week.

"We should have won a few of them [draws] but there are a lot we would have lost last year. We are showing good fighting qualities at the moment. We don't get down even when we don't play well. We give it everything."

Lewington will find out today the extent of Hameur Bouazza's shoulder injury after the striker appeared to dislocate it on Saturday.
