Heinrich Brussow misses tour after new op

Heinrich Brussow will miss South Africa's end-of-season tour to Europe after having a second operation on his injured knee today.

The flanker, 24, underwent surgery earlier this year after sustaining the injury in March.

South Africa suffered four defeats in a row in the Tri-Nations in his absence and surrendered their title to New Zealand after a 29-22 loss on Saturday.
