Andy Bichel snapped up five for 19 as Australia shot out South Africa for 106 and stormed to their second straight victory in the VB Tri-Nations series at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

The hosts won by eight wickets, losing only Adam Gilchrist (8) and Ricky Ponting (33).

Mark Waugh was 55 not out and Damien Martyn six as they reached their target in 18.4 overs.

Just four Proteas batsmen got into double figures as they were bundled out in 38.3 overs.
