Spain lift Davis Cup with final whitewash

Spain retained the Davis Cup with a 5-0 victory over the Czech Republic in Barcelona.

With victory wrapped up, tennis stars Rafael Nadal and David Ferrer both won in straight sets to make them the first team to win the final with a whitewash since Sweden beat the US in 1997.

"Winning two years in a row is a spectacular achievement," said captain Albert Costa.
