Three Under 15 teams have been thrown out of the Daily Mail Cup afterfailing to play by agreed dates.
Cowley from St Helens and Birkenhead's StAnselm's were due to meet in the second round before October 6 andtherefore their third round opponents Bramhall High School receive a bye.
They will face St Ambrose College from Altrincham in the last 64.
Chartersbased in Sunningdale have also fallen foul of the rules and Royal Latinfrom Buckingham go through to the third round to play Claires Court.
