Tigers not tired - Corry

12 April 2012

Leicester captain Martin Corry insists fatigue will not be a factor when the Tigers continue their punishing quest for a remarkable trophy treble on Sunday.

Fellow English heavyweights Wasps stand between Corry's men and the Heineken Cup, which would complete an unprecedented hat-trick for the Tigers following their EDF Energy Cup and Guinness Premiership title wins.

"The squad is not tired, and we are really looking forward to finishing the season on a high," said Corry. "We will start looking at what we've achieved at the end of the game."

He added: "The great thing is there's a lot of history between us and Wasps, certainly during the professional era. We are probably the two sides who have been the most successful in that period, and it is all set for a tremendous battle.

"We know the dangers Wasps pose, and we know when they click how good they are. Conversely, we know that when we get it right, we are very difficult to beat as well."
