Trotters ready to part with rebel Faye

Bolton will start a bidding war for defender Abdoulaye Faye by deciding to cash in on the contract rebel. Faye is wanted by former boss Sam Allardyce at Newcastle, with Wigan also keen.

Bolton are being forced into letting Faye leave after failing to agree a new deal. He has just one season left on his current contract. Bolton have taken teenage striker Ryan Pearson on trial from Australian side Armadale.
